Discover Boating New York, Minneapolis Boat Shows Happening This Week

The 2026 winter boat show momentum continues this week with the return of the Discover Boating New York Boat Show, in partnership with Progressive®, opening today at the Javits Center in New York, New York. The Discover Boating® Minneapolis Boat Show, in partnership with Progressive®, opens to the public tomorrow and runs through Sunday, with its annual Sneak Preview event for exhibitors and their guests happening tonight at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

The 2026 New York Boat Show kicks off with a special Opening Night Party - Night of Aces: An Evening Benefitting the Arthur Ashe Institute. The VIP party takes place in the Discover Boat Beach Club and will feature live entertainment, games and more. This afternoon, the NMMA and its official Discover Boating boat show partner, Progressive Insurance®, are participating in the New York Stock Exchange Closing Bell ceremonies to shine a light on the boat show and recreational boating industry.

The sold-out Minneapolis Boat Show, featuring more than 700 boats, will open its doors to the general public tomorrow. Ahead of show opening, the 2026 Minneapolis Innovation Awards ceremony will take place, honoring excellence and forward-thinking advancements from manufacturers across five product categories: Aluminum and Non-Fiberglass Fishing Boats; Fiberglass Fishing Boats; Pontoon Boats; Furnishings; and Electric Boats (20 ft. and under).
