Data from NMMA’s recently released 2023 economic impact study, which measured the U.S. recreational boating industry’s total economic activity as well number of jobs supported, is a helpful tool when meeting with decision makers or marketing the importance of recreational boating to local and national economies.
NMMA continues to countdown the top 20 states throughout the summer with Missouri, ranked 14th in the U.S. for recreational boating economic impact. Recreational boating in Missouri has more than $6.3 billion in annual economic impact and supports over 23,000 jobs.
