NMMA members are invited to register for the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) for a review of the latest survey results and a discussion on the U.S. and global economic forecast on Thu., July 28. at 2 pm EDT.

NAM's Q2 Manufacturers Outlook Survey found that 83% of respondents were positive about their company’s outlook – showing resilience in the sector in a very challenging environment. Manufacturers continue to cite rising raw material costs, supply chain bottlenecks, workforce shortages and transportation and logistical issues as their top priority concerns. Uncertainties abound, including the ongoing war in Ukraine and an ever-increasing worry about an economic downturn. Yet, the labor market remains strong, and firms continue to tell us that they do not have enough workers to meet demand.
