NMMA’s Callie Hoyt Named to Boating Industry’s “2022 Women Making Waves”

Boating Industry magazine announced last week its “Women Making Waves” list of honorees for 2022. This year’s honorees include NMMA’s Callie Hoyt, director of federal government relations, who was selected from over 120 nominations for her outstanding work in the industry and potential to continue to carry the marine industry forward.

Among the thirty honorees, women from NMMA members including Brunswick Corporation, Brunswick Boat Group, Chaparral & Robolo Boats, Cobalt Boats, Correct Craft, Dometic Marine, Malibu Boats, Maverick Boat Group, MarineMax, Sea Ray, Torqeedo Inc., and Yamaha Motor Corporation, were also honored.

Entering its fifth year in 2022, “Women Making Waves” is Boating Industry's effort to recognize the multitude of women in the industry who have made and continue to make great contributions to its success, propel its growth and lead their organizations and peers into the future.

In an effort to further elevate the Women Making Waves program, as of 2022, the program is now a part of Boating Industry’s Top 100 Awards – a level of achievement honoring the best of the best of the entire recreational boating industry.

NMMA congratulates all of the nominees for their dedication to the marine industry and the great work accomplished by all. Check out the full list of Women Making Waves in Boating Industry’s June/July digital issue here.
