Fox Business, Dozens of Other Media Dock in Miami, Putting Spotlight on Recreational Boating

Media from around the world docked in Miami last week to attend the 2020 Progressive Insurance Miami International Boat Show. NMMA’s communication efforts generated coverage for the boat show worldwide, with leading outlets not only shining a spotlight on the boat show, but also spreading positive buzz about the boating industry. Here’s a look at some of the highlights:

What’s more, the Discover Boating PR team hosted national consumer lifestyle media and influencers last week in Miami, aligning with the boat show to bring additional awareness to the significance of the event and immerse media in all things boating. Attendees included media who contribute to Forbes, Elite Daily, Shape, Men’s Journal, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, SELF and more.

And, as part of the team’s Miami Boat Show social media efforts this year, the show’s IGTV channel was launched. The team also hosted nearly 40 social influencers, who became boat show brand ambassadors throughout the five-day event, attending and sharing news through Facebook and Instagram.
