71 percent of U.S. manufacturers cite the inability to attract skilled workers as the top workforce challenge, and there are currently more than 31,000 open jobs in the U.S. marine industry. A large majority of NMMA members and industry stakeholders have indicated that workforce challenges are a top concern!
