Recognizing Women Leaders - STEP Ahead Awards Call for Nominations
Nominations for The Manufacturing Institute’s 2020 STEP Ahead Awards close in less than one month on Friday, October 4. The STEP Ahead Awards honor women who have demonstrated excellence and leadership in science, technology, engineering and production (STEP) careers. NMMA is encouraging all members to nominate a peer or colleague for this prestigious award and shine a light on female leaders in the marine manufacturing industry.
On April 30, 2020, in Washington, D.C., the Institute will recognize 100 women and 30 Emerging Leaders, a category to honor women under the age of 30 who have achieved unique accomplishments at the start of their careers. Surrounding the STEP Ahead Awards Dinner Gala is a professional and leadership development program from April 29 through April 30.
