Maurice Bowen joined the Tracker Marine Group as Vice President of Marketing in January of 2001. His responsibilities include development of marketing strategy, plans and programs for the company’s ten boat brands and retail dealership network. Bowen came to TMG from a sales and marketing career in the automobile industry.
After twelve years with Ford Motor Company, joined the start-up marketing department at Hyundai Motor America. His assignments over 12 years at Hyundai included five years as the senior marketing executive, responsible for Market Research, Strategic Planning, Advertising, Promotions and Merchandising. Prior to joining TMG, worked for the Sandy Corporation, leading communications, training and performance improvement consulting projects for Toyota and Lexus.

Huw Bower, Brunswick Boat Group
Huw Bower joined Brunswick in 2006 and became president of Boston Whaler in 2013 where he was responsible for managing the Boston Whaler, Brunswick Commercial & Government Products, Rayglass and Brunswick’s European boat brands. He was named president of the Brunswick Boat Group in April of 2016 and is now responsible for the 14 brands which comprise the Brunswick Boat Group.

After Larry’s retirement in 2004, he became the Executive Director of the Water Sports Industry Association. Through WSIA he became a member of The National Boating Safety Advisory Council. The WSIA formed the Water Sports Foundation in 2004, the educational arm of the WSIA. Larry is also a member of UL’s STP Committee on Life Jackets. The WSIA is an active member of NSBC and NASBLA. The WSIA produces three trade shows per year, one in Orlando Florida as part of Surf Expo, the Parasail Operators Symposium in St. Petersburg and The WSIA Summit. Larry enjoys building and flying RC airplanes and helicopters, playing tennis and riding his Harley in his off hours.

As President, Speciale directs the Marine Group, including all U.S.-based marine activities and subsidiaries. Bill Yeargin has served in the marine industry for over twenty-five years and has been the president and CEO of Correct Craft for nearly ten years. Correct Craft’s subsidiaries include Nautique Boats, Centurion Boats, Supreme Boats, Bass Cat Boats, Yar-Craft Boats, Sea Ark Boats, Pleasurecraft Engine Group and Aktion Parks. During the past ten years the company has won all of the industry’s major awards including Manufacturer of the Year, Boat of the Year, Most Innovative Product, and many others. The company was also named Florida’s Manufacturer of the Year (out of 18,000 manufacturers in the state).
A passionate lifelong learner, Bill has both a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA and is a Certified Public Accountant. Bill has also studied international business at both Harvard Business School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), has completed Lean Six Sigma programs through Villanova University, is Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified, DISC certified, and (just for fun) is a Certified Personal Trainer. He has served on numerous for profit and non-profit boards and is currently a member of the Manufacturing Council, a group of business leaders who advise the U.S. Secretary of Commerce.
He has received many of the marine industry’s most prestigious awards and was presented the Governor’s Ambassador Award by the Governor of Florida. Bill is also a prolific writer who has been published over two hundred times and authored two books. He has traveled around the world as a popular speaker at numerous management conferences.
