Former NMMA Director of Regulatory Affairs Appointed Coast Guard’s Chief of Product Assurance
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has appointed Jeff Ludwig as the next Chief of Product Assurance with the Coast Guard Office of Boating Safety. A lifelong recreational boater, Jeff has history with the Office of Boating Safety, working for the NMMA as Director of Regulatory Affairs for five years, and serving in the Army as a paratrooper.
Included in Jeff’s priorities will be to improve and optimize the customer service experience with the Product Assurance Branch, improve outreach, and strengthen the lines of communication with the manufactures and boating public.
