New York Assembly Environmental Conservation Committee hears E0 bill

A bill that would allow marinas in New York State to sell E-0 gasoline was heard this week by the Assembly Environmental Conservation Committee.  No vote was taken, however documents supporting the bill argued that E-0 should be made available because E-10 and above phase-separate and its use can seriously damage a marine engine. The bill also noted that Florida and Virginia already allow for E-0 to be sold at marinas. No companion bill has been introduced in the Senate. For more click here or contact David Dickerson at [email protected].
