Connecticut Budget Bill Includes Sales Tax Exemptions
The Connecticut legislature recently passed a budget bill that would exempt the sale of a vessel from the state sales tax if that vessel is docked within the state for less than 60 days. The bill also would exempt the state sales tax on all labor costs performed on existing vessels and repair or maintenance services on vessels.
