DNC Day on the Water event a success in Philadelphia

NMMA’s Democratic National Convention ‘Day on the Water’ event, which took place yesterday in Philadelphia, brought together more than 225 attendees and included several local, state and federal elected officials. Attendees enjoyed a variety of boating activities, from wake surfing and cruising the Delaware River, to casting and fishing lessons from local non-profit Mid Atlantic Youth Anglers. Dana Russikoff, President of SureShade, one of the event partners, received an award at the event from the Philadelphia City Council to honor the company’s ten year anniversary. Boats were provided by Yamaha, SureShade (a Boston Whaler), and Nautique.

NMMA thanks event partners Correct Craft, Delaware River City Corporation, Freedom Boat Club, HydroHoist, MarineMax, Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, Regulator, SureShade and Yamaha, and all who attended for a great event.
