Discover Boating Partners with Social Media Influencers to Inspire Summer Boating
Discover Boating is working with dozens of bloggers and social influencer partners this spring/summer to inspire more people to get on the water. Each influencer shares personal boating stories, on-water images and unique video content on their blogs and social channels. New this year, select Instagram influencers will also host a social “takeover” of the @DiscoverBoating Instagram account, infusing fresh content and sharing their first-hand boating experiences with Discover Boating’s 30K+ followers.
These influencers are inspiring their audiences to go boating through their original stories, social posts and by driving them to DiscoverBoating.com to utilize resources, such as the Go Boating Today tool, the Boat Finder tool, articles, tips, videos and more.
More than 15 blog stories and 400 hundred social posts have already run across lifestyle, parenting and millennial channels, encouraging followers to get on the water using DiscoverBoating.com as a resource. Additionally, the social shares have totaled more than 30K+ engagements (likes, comments, shares) to-date.
