New and past-favorite attractions aimed to drive traffic to the show include the Progressive® Insurance Boat School, on-water sailing and powerboating skills training, and the My Boater Pass app, the all-access resource for show attendees allowing them to maximize their time at the show through easy access to exhibitors, product information, seminars and more.
The Progressive® Insurance Tampa Boat Show® kicks off today and runs through Sunday.
The region’s largest and longest-running boat show opens its doors today with more than 100 best-in-class vessels, ranging in size from 30 to 80 feet, and organizers are anticipating a busy weekend ahead. The show was originally scheduled to take place in mid-September but was rescheduled due to safety concerns surrounding Hurricane Irma. Show sponsors and exhibitors rallied behind this change in dates to ensure attendees will experience the same quality show they would have in September.
The show has been building buzz and making waves in local media with much more scheduled for opening day and throughout the weekend.
