FL Boat Builders: Update on Hurricane Impact on Suppliers

For NMMA boat builder members in Florida, NMMA has spoken with industry suppliers to get an update on their business operations following Hurricane Irma: Composites One reports that as of yesterday, they are currently shutdown at both of their Florida locations (Lakeland and Miami). They are not sure when they will be up and running again but are hopeful it will be this week. That said, they remain in damage assessment mode and won't have a definitive update until the assessment is complete. Another supplier, CCP in Orlando, reports they thankfully did not sustain any damage, and as a result will not have any disruptions on their end in the resin supply chain.
