Interested in industry forecasts?  NMMA’s Recreational Boating Industry 2016 Q3 Data Dashboard, free to NMMA members, provides detailed insights on powerboat wholesale and retail sales statistics, as well as economic indicators spanning trends in home prices, consumer confidence, recreational vehicle wholesale shipments, the economic health of major export partners and more. Highlights of the Data Dashboard include:

• As part of the NMMA.org statistics section overhaul, a new, condensed format to make it more readable and user-friendly
• Retail sales of all major powerboat categories, except sterndrive boats, are experiencing growth on both a quarterly and annual basis
• Traditional powerboat retail sales were up 6% on a rolling twelve month (R12M) year over year (YOY) through August
• Consumer confidence reached a nine-year high of 104.1 in September
• RV shipments increased 11% R12M YOY through August
