| Marine Industry Certification? |
The Marine Industry Certification (MIC) Program creates standards in the marine industry to meet increasing customer expectations. MIC is designed to highlight, for the consumer, those marine professionals - manufacturers, dealers and individuals - who have invested in and are committed to these standards.
The MIC Program is overseen by the MIC Board. The MIC Board is comprised of a cross-section of marine industry professionals who want to provide you and your organization the means to meet increasing customer expectations through setting standards such as a formal customer feedback mechanism, dedicated customer service staff to answer questions, written warranties, and focused job training.
National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA) and other marine professionals support the MIC Program.
