AN OPEN LETTER
  Marine Industry Certification Program
Dear Marine Industry Professional:

Thank you for your interest in the Marine Industry Certification (MIC) Program! The MIC Program will let consumers know those marine professionals who have invested heavily in raising the standards to meet increasing customer expectations. This is one of the many initiatives that came out of the "Uniting the Boating Industry for Growth" Task Force.

Research indicates that our industry can improve both consumer satisfaction and business growth by instituting consistent standards and continuing education. The MIC Program focuses on this endeavor through an industry-wide commitment to increase professionalism, job training and customer support.

When you review the MIC Program requirements, you may find that you and your organization are already well on your way to becoming MIC Certified! We encourage you to improve the boating experience for everyone by enrolling now!

The MIC Board wants to help unite the marine industry to further improve customer satisfaction and generate new growth opportunities for all segments of the marine industry!
