HOW TO MAINTAIN
   Your MIC Certified Status
The purpose of the Marine Industry Certification Program is to recognize marine professionals who strive to exceed customer expectations in the marine industry. MIC- Certified companies and individuals continually meet standards and requirements that will improve the overall image of recreational boating and ultimately grow boating.

To maintain your MIC Certified status you will be sent a MIC Certified Renewal Form every two (2) years after your initial MIC Certified date (denoted on your MIC Certified certificate). For example, if you are MIC Certified in September 2000, you will need to renew your MIC status in September 2002. By September 2002, you will need to have completed all the requirements.

All MIC-Certified companies and individuals must submit and comply with the following guidelines in order to maintain their MIC Certified status.
  • MIC Certified Renewal Form
  • MIC Certification Renewal Requirements
  • MIC Renewal Fee
